LMomu & No Es plantearon en P_O un objetivo ambicioso: incorporar al usuario-receptor en la elaboración y toma de decisiones que define el proceso de trabajo; un tiempo en el que el público no tiene ningún tipo de acceso. Así surge Bienvenido Sr. P, un juego constante de representaciones y dimensiones en búsqueda de una supuesta Hiperrealidad que incorpora a todos aquellos elementos que formaron parte del proyecto: público, artistas, comisarios y demás filtros y mediaciones que modifican de una manera u otra el planteamiento inicial del artista, que en este caso no era otro que volar (algo que ya aparecía reflejado en su Tómbola inicial junto a Marc Vives). Seis invitaciones como punto de partida –La máquina de clonar de plastilina, La Catifa més maca del món, Dormir en un bazar chino, Buscar feina a Terrassa, Los Diminutos y Diario de un acoso– que han generado múltiples conexiones con el contexto de P_O y la ciudad de Terrassa. Ante la problemática de mostrar la propuesta en Muncunill, Momu & No Es decidieron plantear un espacio de recepción adaptado a la estructura por dimensiones (tres más una cuarta que sumaba la noción de tiempo) sobre la que volcar todo su material de trabajo (vídeos, fotografías, una escultura de plastilina y un carro de diapositivas con las diferentes reuniones con los señores P). Finalmente, como síntesis de todo el proyecto, las artistas añadieron un póster –diseñado por ferranElOtro– en el que se favorecían múltiples posibilidades de lectura, desde la más inmediata (imagen de ellas en acto de volar) a la más reflexiva (con dibujos e información textual).

Description

Momu & No Es proposed in P_O an ambitious goal: to incorporate the user-recipient in the production and to take decisions that define the work process; a time in which the public doesn’t have any access. As such Welcome Mr. P emerged, a constant game of representations and dimensions in search of a supposed Hyperreality that incorporates all of those elements that formed part of the project: public, artists, commissaries and more filters and meditations that modify in one way or another the initial approach of the artist, that in this case was nothing else but to fly (something that already appeared reflected in their original raffle with Marc Vives). Six invitations as a starting point – the molding clay cloning machine, the most beautiful rug in the world, sleeping in a Chinese bazaar, looking for work in Terrassa, the little people and the harassment diary – that generated multiple connections with the context of P_O and the city of Terrassa. Before the problems of presenting the proposal in Muncunill, Momu & No Es decided to propose a reception space adapted to the structure by dimensions (three plus a fourth, adding the notion of time) upon which to dump all of their work material (videos, photographs, a clay sculpture and a cart of all the slides from the different meetings with Messrs and Mesdames P). Finally, as a sum of the entire project, the artists added a poster – designed by ferranElOtro – which allows for many possible readings, from the most immediate (an image of the girls in the act of flying) to the most thoughtful (with drawings and textual information).
