Las fachadas de la maqueta están cubiertas de papel pintado de diferentes épocas. He restaurado y ampliado digitalmente los diseños de estos papeles a partir de trozos pequeños y casi destrozados encontrados durante dos años de buscar en las bolsas de escombros en las calles.-----------The facades of the maquette are covered with wallpaper from different time periods. I have digitally restored and expanded the designs found on small, semi-destroyed scraps which I found during two years of looking through demolition debris in the streets.

Vista de la maquetta. Representa los edificios de paredes medianeras que son frequentemente vistos por Barcelona.------------View of the maquette. It represents the buildings that are frequently seen in Barcelona, where the adjacent building has been demolished. Because of the type of construction used here in which two buildings share only one wall, what is left on the facade of the remaining buildig is the interior of the other: wall paper, tiles, paint, and other details.
